The British Press Have Called This Local Footballer’s Skills ‘Wonderfully Pointless’ [Videos]

This past weekend saw the Soweto derby take place, Pirates beating Chiefs 2-0 and Thabo Rakhale delighting Buccaneers fans with his skills.
Even the guys over in the UK were impressed, the Mirror writing a piece titled ‘South African player produces the most outrageous showboat in football history’.
They then went on to say this:
With his side two goals up and the match in injury time, Pirates midfielder Thabo Rakhale thought he’d do some showing off. Have a look at the video – if you’re anything like us, you will be delighted by his wonderfully pointless display of nonsense.
Now up top you can see some of Thabo’s showboating that took place during the Soweto derby, but the Mirror piece also highlighted this gem from back in March of last year:
