Page Six – the infamous gossip site – published an article concerning the divine Gossip Girl star with the following headline:

Blake Lively told to uncross her legs at Fashion Week show

People started freaking out. How could anyone dare tell Blake Lively to uncross her legs?! Well, apparently at the Michael Kors’ fashion show on Wednesday, each and every front-row VIP were told personally to uncross their legs as people’s legs get in the way and it messes up the shots.

Blake didn’t give two hoots and kept her legs crossed.

Now, don’t get me wrong, but I dig Blake Lively. She’s beautiful and appears really down to earth. But I mean, did Vanity Fair really have to write such an over indulgent post on her apparent royalty status? I’m not too sure, but here’s a taster:

But Blake, unfairly, unjustly, bizarrely, had to wake up this morning to findPage Six shouting, as a headline, “Blake Lively told to uncross her legs at Fashion Week show.” If we were Blake’s friend, in real life, we would have texted her immediately, before even hearing from her first, “Hey! The fact that you’re famous and noteworthy enough for Page Six to write an entire item about the way in which you were sitting during a show is pretty cool, right???” (She probably, in this “fantasy”—you can make your own judgments from the fact that this is a fantasy of ours—would respond with an expressionless emoji, and then ask if we wanted to come over to try a new cinnamon-roll recipe, or whatever.)

I think I just got a little sick.
