Not since Alec Baldwin’s voicemail to his daughter have I been so impressed by the level of anger displayed by a Hollywood star.

For a guy who nailed the character of my hero Patrick Bateman (in the film American Psycho) so beautifully, I almost expect Christian Bale to lose his mind from time to time – particularly on set. In fact I’d be a bit disappointed if he didn’t. He should be allowed to.

Those of you who didn’t watch American Psycho need to look deep within yourself and ask the question; why have you been leading such an empty existence? If this is the case then you might remember Christian Bale in the movie Batman, in which he played the role of the title character, you guessed it, Batman. You’ll recall that Batman is the same movie which featured the late Heath Ledger as Batman’s nemesis, The Joker.
