It seems like just yesterday that universities around the country were rocked by the #FeesMustFall protests, grinding to a halt as protesters eventually secured a 0% increase in fees for 2016.
Of course protests are still ongoing, Wits University amongst the campuses that saw protests last week. The thing about a 0% increase, you see, is that it hardly makes it affordable for the majority of South Africans to pursue a tertiary education.
