According to our archives, the last TBG sighting was on the 29th of December 2010. That makes THIS the very first TBG sighting of 2011. And how befitting of the year’s first sighting, to be one filled with so much glory and awesomeness. And going to hand over to 2oceansviber Mike S, who will run you through the exactly what happened that hallowed day.

I was sitting on the beach, minding my own business, when a ray of light appeared behind me. Facing the sun already, I was naturally intrigued as to what body had brought such a glorious glow. Low and behold, the TBG had arrived. It was 4pm, but He brings his own warmth and probably tried to avoid the crowds. Speaking of crowds, men wanted to be him, women wanted to be on him. I followed him, similar to a nature enthusiast or wildlife photographer, waiting for that perfect moment. Low and behold, it arrived. Reminiscent of a Halle Berry or Ursula Andress Bond scene, he emerged from the seabed. The nippers stood in awe at the blonde hump that eventually would surface as the enigma that is the TBG. I caught him with the ocean glistening from his aura, fish swimming with his blessing and waves crashing on his command. He couldve have willed the wet hair away, but that’s not his style. He’s a gentle giant. And so let it be albeit gloriously combed over.

Mike, what can I say – you absolutely nailed it there! Now while we all know that the feeling one gets can never truly be put into words, I think you did the notion justice. Indeed, you were spot on to assume that he could have willed the wet hair away, and he probably does so quite regularly – but not at the beach. Oh know – the TBG knows when to do what, and how to do it.

He is so kind – to let us watch him carry on with being the TBG.
