When SARS come knocking you kind of have to flog off some prize assets, something Radovan Krejcir is finding out the hard way.

The underworld figure’s palatial Bedfordview property is up for sale and EWN took a tour of the property. SARS seized hold of it back in 2013 due to unpaid taxes, although not just anyone can enjoy a stroll around the place as eNCA reports:

The home, situated on the same road in Bedfordview where Jackson lived before his murder, is being auctioned on 28 November. The auctioneers are wary of gawkers – only prospective buyers willing to pay a R100 000 registration fee will get past the mansion’s tall security gate.

The SARS officials here won’t be drawn on exactly how much tax Krejcir still https://www.aldaorg.net/buy-prednisone/ owes, citing laws on taxpayer confidentiality. But it has been reported that the revenue service took him to court over R140-million in undeclared income and R59-million owed in outstanding income tax…

This was a home where Playboy models and alleged underworld figures would enjoy all-night parties.

But police believe it was where Krejcir planned the murders of some of the men he called his friends.

I suppose if you’re a morbid fan of mobster movies that might be something that appeals to you. The property is also less than a kilometre away from where alleged drug smuggler Sam Issa was murdered, a crime for which Krejcir is facing trial.

It is hoped that ‘Gangster’s Paradise’, as the property is known, will fetch around R12 million on auction.
