Watch This Epic Video Of 1000 Musicians Playing Foo Fighters [Video]

It’s been a long week. The cold has officially infiltrated my bones, and I’m still hours away from having a G&T in my hand.

Yes life could be worse, but if you’re also counting down the minutes till home time then you must watch this AWESOME video of 1,000 Italians performing the Foo Fighters’ ‘Learn to Fly’.

I promise it will make you smile – if it doesn’t there’s something wrong with you.

The stunt was put on in Cesena, Italy, as a plea to the rock band to do a concert there – something that hasn’t happened since 1997. This from Spin:

What we did here is a huge, huge miracle,” the event’s creator Fabio Zaffagnini explained. “One thousand rockers that came from all over the nation at their own expense, and they just did one song — your song. We ask you, the Foo Fighters, to come play for us.”

You gotta love those Italians. Who do we want to see in Cape Town? Suggestions?
