It can’t be easy dreaming up new ideas for Hollywood blockbusters, but why bother when you can just remake the same movie every two years right?
Those of you who suffered through 2013’s Jobs, the Ashton Kutcher-led Apple founder biopic, can now ready yourselves for another take on the now deceased Steve Jobs’ life. The first teaser trailer for Steve Jobs is out and we can be sure of one thing: He will wear a black turtleneck sweater in the movie.
Michael Fassbender plays the title role and has a support cast chock-full of Hollywood heavyweights. This from The Verge:
Fassbender’s joined by Seth Rogen, in character as Apple co-creator Steve Wozniak complete with big bushy beard, Kate Winslet as Joanna Hoffman, and Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley.
The movie will be directed by Danny Boyle, the man responsible for Slumdog Millionaire, with Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network) having written the script.
You can’t bust out that turtleneck just yet, however, as the movie will only hit US screens on October 9.
