Fine Dining, you can take a step back for the minute whilst we step ahead with a new concept: Fine Wining.
Did someone say wine?
Yes, we did, and you have HQ to thank – they will be bringing some of the Cape’s most luxurious wine estates right to us.
On April 29th, HQ will pair up with Diemersdal for an evening of dining excellence. If you know anything about the wine estate, you’ll reminisce about rolling vineyards and taste the cooling sea-breezes from the Atlantic Ocean.
Let’s set the mood: You’ll be eased into the evening with a glass of bubbly and an aperitif. After this, you will enjoy HQ’s iconic 3-course meal which will be paired with a selection of Diemersdal’s soulful wines.
The food is set to be as glorious as ever (I hope you’re not going to salivate all over your desk now): Asian Ceviche of Kingklip and Squid topped with Fragrant Coriander paired with Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling (Bottle Fermented), followed by the light Cos and Iceberg Lettuce Salad with toasted Pine Nuts, Parmesan shavings and Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette paired with Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc. Then, and this is the important part, HQ’s iconic 250g Sirloin Steak cooked to perfection and served with Café de Paris Butter Sauce and Skinny Fries paired with Diemersdal Merlot.
Live music by the talented Ricky Botsis, spot prizes and an MC will have you truly experience the HQ mantra – Elegant Simplicity.
Can you even wait until the 29th? (You can always go there twice you know…)
With each ticket costing only R280 per person, bookings are essential and can be made directly by telephone on 021 424 6373, or alternatively via email info@hqrestaurant.co.za
