The latest news to emerge this morning is that David Forbes, the man standing accused of the murder of 23-year-old Toefeeq Joseph, has been denied bail. So where to while he awaits trial? Pollsmoor boet.
Forbes claimed self-defence after shooting and killing Joseph, claiming a 14cm wound on his arm was inflicted by the deceased.
One thing we can be sure of? He will not be receiving a hero’s welcome at Pollsmoor.
