They Reckon This Robot Has The ‘World’s Highest Level Of Facial Expressions’ [Video]

When it comes to technology we are not easily impressed at 2OV HQ. It takes something pretty special to get us worked up.
Sadly this concept robot from Toshiba, named ‘ChihiraAico’, hasn’t caused any awkward waistband tucks from our tech junkies.
It may one day serve a vital function in society, however, as a Toshiba rep told Mashable:
The concept is part of their human smart community, which promotes smarter living with energy, healthcare and storage. So, ChihiraAico could be put to work as a healthcare professional to assist the elderly or persons with disabilities, a service industry professional that will take your food order or even a cheerleader.
Yes, that does sound impressive, but the proof is in the pudding. Watch the video and see for yourself if robots are halfway to replacing us pesky humanoids.
