Yoh, I mean, we all know North Korea is hectic, but sometimes I don’t think we realise just how ridiculous it is in there, and how incredibly lucky and free we are.
Yeonmi Park is a 21-year old from North Korea. She managed to escape when she was 13, and went to China, which was not much better (there is a lot of human-trafficking there).
Yeonmi speaks of people being executed for watching Hollywood movies, and how she watched her mother get raped.
Frightening that this stuff still happens in our modern world.
