Sorry to butt-in on your otherwise very serious vibe, but it is very important that you watch this urgently.
I stumbled upon Eddie Murphy’s Coming To America on satellite this week and was reminded of the various genius highlights that I had forgotten. Obviously there are the basics, like “your royal penis is clean your highness,” and, when he gets to New York and says “Yes, yes, fuck you too!” to his neighbours. Those were great.
But I COMPLETELY forgot about the “She is your queen to be” dance sequence, which ends off with pure raw hilarity.
Watch this clip and laugh out loud with me at the 01:53 mark. But you HAVE TO watch the whole lead up to that point. On loud.
The quality of this clip is disgusting, but certainly clear enough to enjoy it to the max.
