As Capetonians, it’s only inevitable that we’re all rejoicing and looking forward to celebrating the end of our cold, harsh winter with a spring day lunch, glass of MCC and of course, some fine local talent.
One of the most beautiful places to do this is at Haute Cabriere in Franschhoek. Perched on the side of a hill, with it’s own helipad and intoxication views, you cannot go wrong with spending the day drinking the Haute Cabriere wines and eating the incredible food cooked by chef Ryan Shell.
I mean, come on, this is a no-brainer:
Join us at Haute Cabriere Restaurant for a lovely three-course “Taste of Spring” lunch, and enjoy Louise Carver performing live. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Pierre Jourdan Cap Classique and a delicious selection of canapés on arrival. To create a perfectly harmonious lunch experience, each spring-themed course of will be served with a glass of one of our wines.
