THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THAN LOOKING UP AFTER TYPING A LONG EMAIL PARAGRAPH ONLY TO REALISE THAT THE WHOLE THING IS IN UPPER CASE. THIS IS HOW YOU CAN FIX THAT.
There is a little function in Mail on Mac (sorry PC peeps) which let’s you ‘transform’ a sentence or paragraph to upper / lower case.
Just highlight the text, right-click and choose ‘make upper case’ or ‘make lower case.’
Then, all you need to do is just change the first letter of every sentence to a capital and you’re sorted!
You’re welcome.
You can do it in Microsoft Word as well. Read about that here.
