Instead of fighting the “rise of the machines”, the former Microsoft CEO suggests that everyone embrace the world’s changing technological developments and understand the tools you’re working with. Has this man not seen Terminator!?

Gates goes on to emphasise the importance of learning and having a “curiosity about the world”, regardless of what field you’re in.

Software innovation, like almost every other kind of innovation, requires the ability to collaborate and share ideas with other people, and to sit down and talk with customers and get their feedback and understand their needs.
