Following Etihad’s big reveal of their luxurious cabin-like ‘residence’ on their new A380, CNN has taken a closer look into the new living space among the clouds.
We get some insight into the sitting area, bathroom and bed in each cabin, along with the bar area, in case you feel like drowning your sorrows for blowing so much money on the “sky-apartment”.
But hey, it’s easier to cry in your silk robe at 43,000 ft.
That said, if you have deep enough pockets, the cabins are going for around AUD$40,000 (around R384,490) for an Abu Dhabi to London trip; so get saving.
