Posh Spice touched down in Cape Town over the weekend. Victoria Beckham is here to support the charity Born Free Foundation Africa. Born Free is an initiative that aims to end the transmission of HIV from mothers to their children by December 31, 2015.
Born Free has enlisted Victoria and 22 other fashion designers to design a limited edition Born Free collection. The proceeds of the collection goes to the efforts of having a generation born without HIV.
Victoria Beckham was spotted at the Cape Town airport as she flew in and photographed at the Mount Nelson Hotel where she stayed.
She said she visited the Lalela Project, which provides community-based arts education and leadership training for children. She posted a picture of the Tutu Tester, which is a mobile clinic that provides medical equipment and staff to outlying communities without proper healthcare facilities available.
Looking forward to meeting @bornfreeafrica in Cape Town to support the initiative to end mother to child HIV transmission x vb #JoinBornFree
