This Is Why Facebook Likes Are A Waste Of Time And Money [VIDEO]

Paying for fake likes on Facebook will give you notoriously poor returns, but even using legitimate means to generate likes through Facebook advertising will now result in failure. This is according to Derek Muller, who has 131 000 likes on his Facebook page. Muller now longs for the days when he had only a couple of thousand page likes.

In his video, Muller describes how the flawed Facebook system works. After paying for Facebook advertising he gained a large influx of page likes. He found that almost 75% of his Facebook following were from Egypt, India, Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nepal and Sri Lanka and when combined comprised only 1% engagement on his page. This lead to a decrease in engagement on his page because of how Facebook distributes his posts to those who liked his page.
