The 2014 edition of Africa’s classiest horse race is around the corner, people – chronologically and geographically speaking. The 153rd running of the LQP will feature 12 races instead of the usual 10 for the first time ever.

A variety of ticket options are available, starting with the premier Jockey Club ticket, valued at R2, 500, which enables access to ultra-exclusive suites and all hospitality areas, a three-course seated meal, complimentary drinks, entrance to the Jockey Club and the illustrious after party featuring top international acts and first-rate entertainment.

The Stud Club ticket, valued at R1, 200, includes entrance to the most popular hospitality marquee, featuring private bars and lounge areas, with a complimentary light lunch, L’Ormarins wines and Peroni beer served until 18:00. This ticket also includes on-site makeup artists for touch-ups during the day, and entrance into the Style Lounge Village and exclusive after party.

The Style Lounge ticket option, valued at R250, grants access into the Style Lounge Village, access to the horse race and after party, as well as tote facilities and parking.

Whichever ticket you choose, remember to wear blue and white.
