The Kawahiva tribe in Brazil rarely has contact with the outside world, which makes this rare footage of the isolated tribe priceless.
Members of the tribe can be seen walking through the dense forest with bows and arrows being carried by naked men. the footage also shows a woman carrying a child on her back who, after noticing the camera, flees.
In 1999 the tribe’s existence was reported by loggers. The video was recorded in 2011.
