Every year, on 14 July, the French nation commemorates Bastille Day, marking the 1789 storming of the Bastille prison and the beginning of contemporary democracy. Bastille Day is a line in the sand, the third act of a revolution, and the start of a new life for the people of France.
Fast forward to 2013, and the Richelieu Revolution is brewing. The line in the sand will be July 14 2013 – Bastille Day.
If you have a desire to serve your people, then you need to apply to be a party minister in Richelieu’s revolutionary regime.
There are six vacancies to be filled.
And obviously, as a minister, you will have party funds at your disposal. That’s right – a BUDGET.
The selected candidates will each receive a R5,000 slush fund to do with as they please – renovations, gifts for the wives or match fixing – it’s literally up to you.
So what kind of positions are available?
If you know your Brazil from your Bellville, Minister of Tourism is for you.
If you fancy yourself in a luxury suite at every big game, apply for Minister of Sport.
If you strongly believe in a fair ratio between males and females at all party gatherings, why not consider becoming Minister of Female Equality?
Other vacancies include Ministers of Communications, Minister of Home Affairs, and Minister of Supplies.
