According to reports, pop singer Justin Bieber is facing battery charges after allegations of assault were laid against him by his neighbour. The neighbour claims that Bieber got into a verbal argument and “made physical contact” with him on Tuesday morning.

The argument occured at Bieber’s Calabasas, California home upon his return from Poland at 09h00. The Bieb’s allegedly got into a confrontation with the neighbour in the gated community because he was driving too fast in his Ferrari.

Witnesses say Bieber was racing his Ferrari up and down the streets, and the neighbour felt he was endangering the community.

Steve Whitmore, L.A County Sheriff spokesperson said the neighbour claimed Bieber made physical contact with him and threatened him. But according to Whitmore, no arrests, no charges and no injuries had been reported. Whitmore said, “Everyone that we will need to talk to, we will talk to.”

The latest confrontation is a continuation of a phenomenon that we have dubbed, “the inevitable Bieber meltdown”.
