Chris Brown recently got a new tattoo on his neck that suspiciously looks like a beat up female – Rihanna to be more exact. As you’ll remember, he punched and choked her back in 2009.
So would this new tattoo be an ironic stab at all the outrage surrounding it? Or is it the face of another female he assaulted recently? Apparently, none of the above. Chris claims it is mere coincidence and that the tattoo is a Mexican “sugar skull” design. Apparently he did not see the resemblance and just thought it was a cool tattoo.
In other words, this is a case of mere stupidity.
