Dineplan has officially unveiled its top 100 restaurants for this year’s Reviewers’ Choice Awards, capturing the heart and soul of South Africa’s beloved dining spots through the honest opinions of local foodies.
With a jaw-dropping 320,000 reviews from over 1,360 listed restaurants, this year’s winners showcase the very best of what Mzansi has to offer.
Thanks to Dineplan’s platform, which facilitated a whopping 5.5 million bookings and seated over 25 million diners nationwide, the Awards are a true celebration of the country’s vibrant dining culture.
After indulging, diners rate their experiences across four pillars: service, value, food, and ambience. For restaurant owners, Dineplan’s insights shine a light on trends and preferences, offering a roadmap for growth and those golden touches that keep patrons coming back for more.
Leading the pack this year is Good to Gather in Stellenbosch, with Reverie Social Table in Cape Town hot on its heels.
