Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour reached peak stardom this Saturday as the star’s performance was attended by a host of celebrities, including Tom Cruise, Mila Kunis, Hugh Grant, and the future king of England.
Social media has been humming with shaky videos and sneaky pics of the star-studded stands, from Hugh Grant snacking on baby carrots to Tom Cruise exchanging DIY friendship bracelets with his fans as he enjoyed Taylor’s 2nd London Concert.
Prince William, however, eclipsed Cruise’s star (being in England and all) and the prince was spotted “dad dancing” to Swift’s ‘Shake It Off’ in the stands.
William was spotted getting groovy alongside two of his and Kate Middleton’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and despite a little too much arm flailing, fans seemed to be impressed with the monarchy’s moves.

Swifties were too kind, with one saying “This is the greatest video of Prince William ever. Congrats!”, while another added: “This is the best thing I’ve seen ok slay Prince William.”
“Prince William is the Swiftie we all needed,” a third wrote. “He is positively unhinged in the best of ways right here!”
Prince William may never have been accused of ‘slaying’, but the guy seemed to be having a great time with his kids, so good for him and the young royals.
Meanwhile, Swift also took to Instagram on June 22 to post a selfie with William, George, and Charlotte (and of course her +1), saying “Happy Bday M8!”

Last night’s concert was Swift’s first headline show in London in seven years, and the first of eight dates that she will perform at Wembley. To commemorate the moment, Swift selected London-themed songs for the “acoustic section” of her concert, a 10-minute segment for which the singer plays two surprise mash-ups, each of which consists of two or three different songs.
The Taylor Swift juggernaut seems to keep on peaking. Few other artists can boast of having the future king of the Commonwealth dancing like no one’s watching to their tunes while a gaggle of Hollywood A-listers (including Tom Cruise standing on a milk crate) sings along to your breakup songs.
Where to from here for Swift? Perhaps a duet of ‘Shake it Off ‘with the Pope at Coachella 2025? Don’t rule it out.
