Everybody has been delighted by a baby elephant giving its best efforts as it charged towards a group of tourists in the Kruger National Park.

The brave baby elephant gathered its might for a direct charge and then decided to turn on its tail and run back to the adult it was with as the safari group laughed, tickled by the mini mammoth.

Per Yahoo! News, Alicja Wilczarska told Storyful she captured this footage from a safari vehicle on November 23. In the version of the video that Wilczarska posted to TikTok, she said the elephant was trying to “protect the family”.

The little animal is still learning to choose its battles.

Just watch, one day, when it is bigger, the plucky pachyderm will get ’em.
