Are airports and aeroplanes where people go to unravel?

Bizarre footage taken by bewildered travellers shows the butt-naked woman running around a Chilean airport, scaring and attacking other passengers before getting arrested by police.

The naked woman was apparently on psychedelic drugs and was caught on camera stroking her hair before lunging at people minding their own business in the Nuevo Pudahuel Airport in Pudahuel, outside Santiago, Chile.

The New York Post notes that according to the Emol news agency, the woman consumed hallucinogenic mushrooms at a party before heading to the airport on November 16 when the incident occurred.

The woman was spotted in the airport car park, where she was screeching and jumping up and down. She also apparently grabbed the ponytail of an unsuspecting woman trying to walk by alongside a man, and violently pulled her to the floor.

The crazed woman then lay down on the concrete among the bewildered travellers, while airport security staff in bright orange vests quietly watched on.

She was finally arrested by police and may face charges for her crazed actions, the Central European News Agency reported.

Jeez, talk about taking a trip.
