Joel Smith (Rachel Kolisi’s brother) and Olympic champion Tatjana Schoenmaker have tied the knot at the Pat Busch Mountain Reserve in Robertson this weekend.
They made their romance official in February, with Schoenmaker sharing a loved-up Instagram post of them at a rugby match (obviously).
The 26-year-old swimmer won the gold medal and set the world record in the 200-metre breaststroke and won the silver medal in the 100-metre breaststroke at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020. The Smith/Kolisi family now have quite a few gold medals among them with brother-in-law Siya adding a fresh one recently.
The couple, who got engaged in April 2022, shared the special day on Instagram.
