The Cape of Good Hope SPCA has released a video that shows them taking action when a Cape Town woman refused to open the windows of her car in which three poor dogs were trapped in the heat.

Kirstenhof SAPS contacted the organisation after receiving reports that the vehicle had not moved in four days, raising concerns for the animals’ health. When the SPCA team did arrive to speak with the owner, she flat-out refused to comply, closing the windows. Some people…

After about four hours of begging the woman to open a window or release the dogs, the SPCA officers became gatvol of her idiocy and decided to smash the windows.

For nearly 4 hours, our dedicated Inspectors negotiated, urging the owner to open the vehicle as the windows fogged up from heat and lack of fresh air. The dogs, visibly in distress and panting, needed immediate rescue.

As cruel idiots usually do, the woman kept on arguing with the SPCA and even laughed at them as they removed the dogs. It was only when she was threatened with arrest that she exited the vehicle.

With no other choice, our team had to break the back window to save the dogs. Shockingly, the owner sat laughing. Only when faced with arrest did she decide to speak.
