A single property has sold for R200 million in Greyton in the Overberg, setting an all-time record high for agricultural real estate sales in the Western Cape.

Greeff Christie’s International Real Estate said its Whale Coast team concluded the sale that represented the highest sales value for a single property in its history, as well as an all-time high for agricultural real estate in the region.

Two hours away from Cape Town, just off the N2, Greyton is a quaint little town surrounded by the Riviersonderend mountain range.
