Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club (FC) fans are losing their minds over the team’s success this week, and rightly so.

Global sports brand PUMA recently joined forces with 13-time league champions Sundowns FC to unveil the striking new Home and Away kits for the 2023/24 season, paying homage to the vibrant supporter culture that defines the club.

The move to internationally-acclaimed sportswear company PUMA is more than just a brand switcheroo.

The kit’s design concept, aptly named ‘The Beat Goes On’, beautifully captures the essence of the African rhythm created by Masandawana fans on match days. The home shirt features a unique graphic with the Sundowns FC emblem surrounded by audio waveforms, symbolising the pulsating drumbeats, chants, and songs that echo throughout the stadium before, during, and after every match.
