A fan managed to catch a bizarre moment of concert tomfoolery at a recent Flo Rida show, where a baby got the unique opportunity to crowd surf with the charismatic hip-hop star.
Known for club hits like ‘Low’, Tramar Lacel Dillard AKA Flo Rida was performing at the Celebrate Erie festival in Pennsylvania when someone handed the rapper a baby from the depths of the bouncing crowd. Yes, really.
Props to the artist for taking the moment in his stride. Dillard motioned to the lady brandishing the child that he wanted to hold the young whippersnapper, and the two made a great pair bobbing up and down with the beats while onlookers cheered.
Dillard clearly is a crowd-pleaser: fans couldn’t get enough of the moment as he held the baby, kissed their forehead, and even playfully put his microphone to the baba‘s mouth, eliciting laughter from the audience.

While fans at the concert seemed enamoured by Dillard’s ‘cool uncle’ moves, many netizens who glimpsed the viral clip were scratching their heads at why the lil infant was at a Flo Rida concert to begin with. It’s not exactly a ‘safe’ place for any child.
Concerns were also raised about the potential impact of loud music on the baby’s hearing and the need for protective equipment in such situations.
Get the baby some 🎧 at least

We’ve reached out to the baby for comment, but all we got was some spittle and a gurgle, which we took as meaning ‘Please get me away from a mother who hands a baby over to a rapper in the midst of a surging crowd”.
Good luck, kid.
