Deadpool has surely cemented himself as the world’s favourite mass-murdering assh*le anti-hero, yet we can’t help but love the red-suited superhero.
What it says about us is not really the point, but fans of Wade and his swords can finally rejoice as sneak peeks of Deadpool 3 are finally revealed.
After goading Wolverine AKA Hugh Jackman during the last two movies, filmmakers have finally caught on, and The Daily Mail managed to catch a few pics of the two superheroes having a good old fight on the beach during the shooting of the new Deadpool movie.
Now, it’s hard to say who would win if these two go toe-to-toe, but our money is always on Mr Pool. Jackman is reprising his role as Wolverine in the upcoming sequel after last playing the role in 2017’s Logan.
Filming took place on a UK beach on Monday as the two Hollywood hunks shot an epic fight scene in their iconic Marvel character costumes. Wolverine was seen grappling with Ryan Reynolds who at one point was dangling from a high wire.
Production has apparently been moved to the UK to accommodate Reynolds who is still tangled up in Wrexham FC, who seem to be kicking as much ass as Deadpool these days, having been promoted back to the English Football League in April. Now that’s star power.
In the third film, Deadpool will use Cable’s time travel machine to save Wolverine before his death in 2029 and they will end up lost in the Multiverse. While they are in the Multiverse they will be pursued by Mobius, who has access to time-travel technology.
Among those set to star in the film is The Crown‘s Emma Corrin, who will play a villain in the blockbuster.
