Influencer Callum Ryan seemed to have pulled off the impossible as he managed to fly all the way to Milan for a pizza at a lower cost than ordering one at home.
The TikToker has since gone viral for showing how going international — flight included — can be even cheaper than a local slice.
The delicious journey has been viewed over 2.2 million times and follows Callum from his home in the U.K. all the way to Milan, Italy to prove that he could get to Italy and back with a slice of pizza for less than the price of a medium size pizza, which usually goes for £19.99 (R475).
It obviously took a stroke of luck when it came to airfare, and the young man managed to snag an £8 flight from London to Milan online. Once he landed in Italy, he headed straight to a pizza place that was recommended to him on TikTok.
Once there, he received a free glass of Prosecco and ordered a Margherita pizza at €8.50 (R173). Once he finished his slice, Callum hopped back onto a RyanAir flight and arrived home having spent a total of £17.72 (R421).
Even budget airline RyanAir was surprised at the cheap adventure, and commented “We still have £8 flights?!?”

Although a pizza in Milan sounds lovely, the power of our ZAR will make this the most expensive meal you have ever had. Lucky for you, there’s always a local Butler’s Pizza to soothe your pizza craving, so you don’t have to fly anywhere.
And if you pop into your local Butler’s Pizzeria on Tuesday, you will even get a free whole pineapple to celebrate Pineapple Day!
