It’s not just me; America is becoming more and more unhinged.

School and mass shootings aside, innocent people are being gunned down for rocking up at the wrong address by mistake and Big Pharma is turning people into zombies with widespread access to opioid-based drugs like fentanyl, all while right-wing conservatives obsess over Donald Trump, drag queens ‘grooming’ kids by merely existing in fabulosity, and anything else that seems to threaten the very fabric that keeps their all-white, mostly-male safety bunkers intact.

That’s not even mentioning the insane fight to control women’s bodies through anti-abortion laws, or the bizarre banning of books (terrifying), many of which seem totally lovely and relatively innocent.

Shame, right-wing conservatives have a lot to be scared of.

It is not so unfair to say that the US is “reverting back to their kopskiet en donner Wild West days” and quite frankly, Whoopi Goldberg has every right to be sick of all this shit.

While hosting The View on Wednesday, Whoopi said that she is “sick” of right-wing meltdowns and conservative cancel culture, noting that there’s a word for people like that – “snowflakes” – which happens to be the exact word that the right often likes to use on everyone else, per HuffPost.

Speaking on the right-wing backlash against the LGBTQ community that led Target to move some Pride-themed merchandise in certain stores and remove some items altogether, Whoopi lamented:

“I am sick of people moving my desires because their desires are not being met in some way,” the EGOT winner said, then elaborated:

“I am sick of people telling me I can’t go to a drag show. I’m sick of people telling me that my friends are different because you don’t understand them. I’m sick of it. This is America. You’re supposed to be able to be whoever you are. You know? Stop with all this stuff. You want to talk about snowflakes? Who are the snowflakes, really?”

That’s when cohost Sunny Hostin replied, “They’re people scared of a flag”, to which Whoopi concurred, “They’re people scared of a flag, people who are scared of a drag brunch,” she said, adding in disbelief: “It’s a brunch!”

Right on the money, Whoopi.
