Cape Town’s nightlife isn’t too shabby.
Vibes can be had. But the thing that really brings the vibe is a good drink, and by extension, an excellent mixologist.
That’s why Fitch & Leedes, South Africa’s superb range of authentic mixers, teamed up with some of the country’s most talented drink slingers.
The mixer brand has already introduced 11 talented cocktail creators across the Mother City, with the guys and gals from behind the bar of our favourite watering holes showing us what they’re made of (and what the most mouth-watering, “liver-tickling”, mind-numbing cocktails are made of, too).
We’ll introduce five of them so that you can get just the right amount of your boozy butterflies fluttering.
First up is the Fitch & Leedes OG ambassador, Jody Francis (AKA The Blond Ninja) bringing you the Elysian with the yummy Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic:

The blue-blooded mixer used above is known to transform any drink into a sensory indulgence with whiffs of juicy blueberry and hints of cardamom. Shop the Blue Tonic over here.
Now, for something a little different: Sabrina Traubner, the head instructor at the European Bartender School, shows off the Hacienda Fizz using Fitch & Leedes classic Indian Tonic Water:

The delicate combination of bitter and sweet, derived from the essence of the ‘Cinchona’ tree in Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic is just what your drink needs for a truly satisfying sipping moment. Find the Indian Tonic here.
Justin ‘Aweh Wolf’ Shaw from Art of Duplicity has the gift of the gab and the magic touch when it comes to “tickling your liver and making you quiver”. To do that, he’s making a Ramos Gin Fizz with the perfectly carbonated Fitch & Leedes Soda Water:

Then, we have Ryan Ontong making a classic Paloma with the tangy Fitch & Leedes Grape Fruit Soda:

Otherwise, get out there, find your favourite drink slinger and paint the town red. YOLO, or whatever the kids are saying these days.
