So-called ‘socialite’ doctor, and girlfriend of convicted rapist, Dr. Magudumana is claiming that her arrest in Tanzania was unlawful, and wants to be released immediately.

What a blerrie cheek this woman has. We’ll get into the socialite part soon, but for now, let’s just call her what she is: the disgraced girlfriend of rapist-murderer Thabo Bester.

The girlfriend of rapist-murderer, Thabo Bester, has indicated that she will argue in court that her arrest, and subsequent repatriation from Tanzania, were unlawful.

The rapist’s girlfriend lodged an application to the Bloemfontein High Court on Friday in which she argues that she should be released ‘immediately’ because of the murky nature of immigration laws between the two countries, namely the Act of 1995 that has a subsection that states that someone can only be deported from Tanzania if they have been found guilty.

“If the person is a prohibited immigrant, one, or has entered the country unlawfully, two, or his or her continued presence in the country will bring danger to peace or good order, that person must be deported.”

The National Prosecuting Authority said it’s yet to see and respond to the application.

Legal experts however believe that unless there is a problem with the arrest warrant for this cretin, the application will be dismissed by the high court. Here’s hoping the NPA didn’t f*** up this deportation process as they did with Zuma’s best buddies, the Guptas’.

“I think that the attorneys of Dr Nandipha want to depend on subsection one of the same act that says before deportation is done you must be found guilty, but that is not the position in her case because she didn’t go to court in Tanzania, she was just deported.”

Dr. Magudumana will obviously keep trying to push back against any kind of responsibility for aiding a serial rapist and murderer from escaping and then going on a romantic safari-like escape to Tanzania. Perhaps she is still delusional enough to hope that this ‘inconvenience’ will be over soon and she can begin to work on her new ‘socialite’ series, perhaps Real Girlfriends Of Rapists and Murderers.

Alternatively, she can just spill the beans on all the bodies, and living victims, that lie in the wake of her boyfriend’s escapades. But fat chance of the rapist’s girlfriend doing that.

She also doesn’t seem to be as shy now as she was when the cops pulled her into the docs for the first time. Back then she hid under a hoodie, cowering at the sight of photographers, now she’s all smiles and chutzpah.

Hopefully, justice can smack that narcissistic smile off her face soon. Then she can ‘socialite’ all she wants in jail.
