If you’re bummed about being at work on a Friday, take a look at this policeman car surfing a getaway vehicle. Your office won’t seem so bad afterward.

Iowa police have recently released footage that shows a policeman trying to apprehend someone during a traffic stop.

The driver of the car was having none of it, and when the cop jumped on his bonnet Grand Theft Auto style, the perp put pedal to the metal and the pair went tearing down the road.

This might be a normal sight in Jo’burg traffic, but the bodycam footage is unnerving.

The police eventually managed to arrest the driver and he is now taking a 5-year break from society, whilst the policeman sustained serious back injuries.
