Cash App founder Bob Lee was found stabbed to death with cocaine, ketamine, and alcohol in his system in a San Francisco parking lot in April.

The 43-year-old tech CEO’s autopsy revealed the cocktail of drugs in his system, with some friends alleging that he frequented underground sex and drug parties for San Fran’s elite and had an unfortunate run-in that fateful night with the troubled brother of a woman he had been fooling around with.

It is alleged that Lee was stabbed with a kitchen knife by Nima Momeni, the brother of Khazar Momeni (also the wife of a prominent plastic surgeon), who would often party (and sleep) with Lee.

The 43-year-old father of two allegedly enjoyed the city’s underground party scene, known in wealthy circles as “The Lifestyle”, along with Khazar, per The New York Post:

Lee’s death was initially believed to be a case of random violence in a city where crime is soaring, but his friends suggested it was instead a result of the Cash App founder’s indulgent lifestyle among the upper echelon of Bay Area society where cocaine and swingers were common, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Prosecutors claim that Nima confronted Lee about the hard-partying and doing drugs with his sister when an argument erupted in the early hours of April 4, leading to Lee being stabbed multiple times. Lee was seen stumbling around, just 16 minutes from Khazar’s apartment, begging for help before collapsing near the Bay Bridge.

While some of Lee’s friends say that he had fallen into a dangerous lifestyle, surrounding himself with the wrong kind of people, others say the scene helped him unwind and network:

According to a friend, Lee was passionate about his tech industry work developing the popular Venmo competitor following his career as a Google programmer. But in his spare time, Lee allegedly was involved in casual drug use and partying, taking ketamine and cocaine and traveling to raves around the world, his friends told the news outlet.

Harper Reed, the CEO of General Calacic Corporation, claimed they both once opted to strip off their pants to attend one such party. Devon Meyers, another friend of Lee, said the parties appeared to help the tech programmer unwind and connect with other bigwigs, noting “The Lifestyle” parties had strict rules to kick out anyone who was getting too “drunk and handsy.”

Lee, who was separated from his wife, allegedly slept with multiple women at the parties, including Khazar, even though she is married to the prominent plastic surgeon, Dr Dino Elyassnia:

Khazar’s brother Momeni was also said to be a drug user himself but not a member of the exclusive group, with the sources adding that if Lee was the life of the party, Nima – a Bay Area outsourcing entrepreneur – was the wet blanket, often brooding in the corner of parties:

Both men were attending a house party on April 3 when Nima confronted Lee, asking if he and his sister were “doing drugs or anything inappropriate,” prosecutors alleged.

Khazar had apparently texted Lee around the time of his murder to check on him, according to court documents:

“Just wanted to make sure you’re doing ok Cause I know Nima came wayyyyyy down hard on you,” she wrote.

“And thank you for being such a class manhandling it with class. Love you Selfish pricks.”

Momeni had major beef with Lee, because apparently, besides the alleged casual dalliance with his sister, Lee had also previously slept with one of his exes.

Momeni is jailed in San Francisco and has not yet been arraigned, per Fox News.
