A woman was arrested for the killing of a Kim Kardashian lookalike after a botched butt enlargement procedure went south.

Vivian Gomez, 50, was arrested on April 20 at the Ft. Lauderdale airport when she tried to get the hell out of Dodge following the death of the Kim Kardashian-looking OnlyFans model.

The model, one Christina Ashten Gourkani, died from cardiac arrest related to illegal cosmetic injections meant to enlarge her butt, although authorities still have to determine what was in the injections as a toxicology report is pending.

Gomez meanwhile has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license. Gourkani’s family shared details about the incident in a GoFundMe post:

“In the early morning hours at approximately 4:31am on 4/20/2023 our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying hysterically on the other end of the line….Ashten is dying…Ashten is dying.”

The page goes on to describe Gourkani as a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with. Ashten began her modeling career as a fitness model and then transitioned into a famous ‘Celebrity Look-a-like Entertainer’.

According to Dr. Michael K. Obeng, a board-certified plastic surgeon, most of these illegal injections contain silicone, and the substance is known to migrate throughout the body, leading to infections and hardness over time, and also deforming parts of the body.

It can also enter blood vessels and cause necrosis, which is likely the cause of the model’s cardiac arrest.

According to her website, Gourkani was set to star in an action thriller, where she would take the role of a ‘newly invented female superhero’.

Stories like these are tragic and made even worse when seeing how big her butt already was. If anyone is thinking about ballooning anything on their bodies, please consult a registered surgeon and not some random person with a sack full of silicone syringes.
