After 43 lip procedures, Andrea Ivanova says her ‘extravagant looks’ make it hard for her to find real love. We’re shocked.

After spending nearly R400 000 ‘enhancing her looks’, Bulgarian-born Andrea Emilova Ivanova (25) is known for having the biggest lips in the world, but despite her overabundance of lips, Ivanova says that men flake out when she wants to meet in real life.

According to the professional pouter, hyaluronic acid injections in her cheekbones, and regular hyaluronic injections to keep her lips so full and pouty have not yet resulted in the Instagram holy grail – finding a rich dude that can fund her ‘lifestyle’.

According to an article in News24, the German philosophy student says she has always been eccentric and loves different appearances, but despite all the work she has done, she has been unable to find ‘the one’.

“I am a girl with a different and an extravagant appearance, and this is strange for many men. Of course, there are many men who like me very much, but there are also those who do not like me. They think that I am strange and crazy.”

Jirre, why would they think that? Men are so fussy.

Despite looking like the world’s worst bee-sting victim, Ivanova still believes her lips are small, and plans on getting them puffed up even more. We’re sure that will help her to find a suitor. In for a penny, in for puffer fish.

“Many men write me private messages on social networks and offer me dates, money, and trips to their countries, which is great. It makes me happy that there are people who like me and want my company and attention.”

Ivanova claims to receive loads of marriage proposals from men all around the world, which she says ‘makes her happy to think people out there like her’, although most of her suitors have ghosted the young beauty when it came time to meet in real life.

But Ivanova will persist in her quest to be ‘unique’.

“I have new cheekbone augmentation injections scheduled again soon. I continue with the enlargement of the cheekbones as I want to achieve that ‘wow effect’ with them, and I want them to be as huge as my lips. I also continue with my lip augmentation because I want to have even bigger lips.”

Andrea now wants to go on the reality show The One to find true love, but she is unsure whether they would allow her to compete.

“I don’t know if he will like girls like me with artificial beauty. He may turn out to be a connoisseur of natural beauty, and that’s okay as everyone likes different things. But I am keen to surprise him with my good and kind behaviour and my good manners.”

Good luck with that Andrea.

Perhaps I am out of touch with the zeitgeist and a Neanderthal when it comes to modern beauty trends, but I wouldn’t call her appearance ‘extravagant looks’.  This might be better defined as self-mutilation to the point of absurdity.

Keep a stiff upper lip, Miss Ivanova, we are sure there is someone out there for you.
