Armie Hammer, the 36-year-old star of Lone Ranger, has been fighting a string of sexual assault claims since 2021 after he was accused of raping a woman in Los Angeles in 2017.

Although no charges were brought against him for the last three years, prosecutors have now confirmed that his case has been put ‘under review’ by the district attorney.

Armie has been trying to get his Hollywood career back on track after a series of explicit messages surfaced following the sexual assault allegations by a woman only identified as Effie. The woman claims that he severely abused her during their secret affair, and the messages revealed a darker side to the handsome movie star.

The actor’s life seemed perfect—beautiful wife and kids, sparkling Hollywood career. But a glimpse into his family history reveals how shocking allegations over dark fantasies of cannibalism and bondage—and the ensuing fallout—are one more chapter in the Hammers’ fraught legacy.

On January 12, 2021, a woman named only ‘Effie’ came forward with allegations of abuse and a bizarre story of her four-year-long affair with Hammer. Making the allegations, she posted screenshots of texts between the two that showed graphic and violent talk about cannibalism, rape fantasies, and his desire to drink her blood.

The allegations forced Armie to withdraw from a movie with J.Lo, most likely in order to hide away from the media shitstorm that was developing.

As soon as the story broke, several women came forward with other disturbing stories about the ‘boy next door’, Hammer.

One of them was Courtney Vucekovich, who dated Hammer in 2020. She alleged that he subjected her to emotional abuse and sexually coerced her, and made her feel unsafe.

“He did some things with me that I wasn’t comfortable with. For God knows what reason, he convinced me that these things were OK and he put me in some dangerous situations where I was not OK.”

Throughout the whole ordeal, Hammer appeared miffed at being called out and insisted that he just had certain tastes, like BDSM.

Los Angeles Police have now handed over its investigation into the reported sexual assault to the district attorney, so perhaps the facts will provide some clarity on what exactly is going on in this guy’s mind.
