Son of Patricia and our favourite comedic export, Trevor Noah, seems to be getting up to all kinds of dickens since he left the Tonight Show.
This time Trevor employed the help of another Swiss/South African, Roger Federer, as the two took their hilarity on a “ride of a lifetime” in a new film showcasing Switzerland’s stunning mountains.
The comedian and retired pro tennis player teamed up with Switzerland Tourism and ‘the world’s leading privately-owned tour portfolio, TTC Tour Brands’ to make a film about the beauty of the European draadsitter country, and if the clip they released is anything to go by, the pair seem to be as entertaining as the rolling landscapes that they travel through.
While preparing for the shoot, the pair get on the wrong train and find themselves having to provide or pay for a ticket. With no ticket or money, Noah tries to use his star power by telling the official he is a “professional comedian worldwide”.
The ticket issue was turned into comedy gold when the conductor replied that ‘you cannot pay me in jokes’. Luckily for the two mega-rich tourists, an elderly lady comes to their rescue. Have a look at the trailer below:
Trevor seems to be having a great time and we look forward to seeing him in his first local show later this year. In the meantime, we wouldn’t mind seeing more of the two funny men.
We wonder when the pair are going to play some tennis again. That might be worth a show as well.
