It’s been six years since the country shared Amor and her son’s grief at losing her husband Joost, and despite the scrutiny and judgment she went through at the hands of the media, Amor has finally started living her life again. Good for her.

Whether you like her music or not, Amor deserves happiness, and it seems that she has finally found that with her new man, plastic surgeon Charles Serrurier.

The couple spent the weekend in Saudi Arabia, attending the F1 Grand Prix at the Jeddah Street Circuit on Sunday, and Amore shared the experience with everyone back home on social media.

Dr. Serrurier also has experience with the loss of a partner after his wife died in 2022. The surgeon also has two boys of his own.

The couple sparked speculation of a  possible engagement when she posted the above picture as they were headed to Europe, a huge ring on her finger proudly on display. The actress and singer however shut down the rumours by insisting that the band was a ‘love ring’ and nothing more.

The pair look very much in love and seemed to have had a great time at the Grand Prix.

Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to go through the entire ordeal in public where you’re every word is gauged for ‘if you are being sincere’, so seeing Amor this happy should surely make even those who dislike her music smile.

Amor means love, and we are glad she found hers again.
