Tom Hanks says he has a “shamefully good” cocktail to try.

To everyone else, the concoction is raising some eyebrows.

The drink was mentioned when Tom appeared as a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday evening, where he was talking about a night out in New York City with his wife, Rita Wilson.

They had ordered a celebratory bottle of Champagne, but Tom isn’t much of a drinker, and so he stuck to a Diet Coke, sorry “Cokagne”.

The actor clearly has a bad case of FOMO because he couldn’t help himself when seeing the staff pour the Champagne into flutes as if it was “the last episode of ‘The Bachelor'”, notes TODAY.

The thing is, Tom didn’t just have a glass of plain Champagne like any sane person at that moment would. Rather, he mixed it with his Diet Coke.

Possible names for the new cocktail were thrown around, including an “American Aperol Spritz”, the “Tom Hanks” instead of the Tom Collins, and then Tom’s top choice: “Diet Cokagne”, which is rather titillating.

Diet Cokagne should not be confused with those lines of coke that Cape Town “Namaste Baes” do in club bathrooms the night before going back on their healthy diet, though.

Just saying.
