For Benoni’s sake, what is going on with Charlize Theron?
First, she damned the Afrikaans language in November by sarcastically referring to her native tongue as “dying” because you know, only “like 44 people” still speak it.
Then she released a video on TikTok of her wildly exclaiming that she’s sitting on the toilet while indeed sitting on the toilet.
Is Charlize okay? Many fans on her social media are wondering the same thing, noted The Citizen.
The former Benoni babe turned Hollywood star posted the strange skit on TikTok four days ago and has already racked up 1,9 million views:

But it turns out that it’s all a bit of old news. The video was actually originally posted as a joke on the YouTube channel FunnyOrDie just over 10 years ago, on 17 April 2012, per News24:
The author credits Theron; however, the description of the video explains that the video was taken from a friend’s phone.
According to a 2012 report by Entertainment Weekly, however, the video was one of many that Theron recorded as an elaborate April Fool’s joke.
Apparently, Charlize also included a sex tape spoof in that April Fool’s joke recording, quipping that Paris and Kim need to “move over”, “Cause I’m into some real kinky shit,” per E! News.
The South African elaborated, saying that Charlize had recreated the toilet fiasco when a woman named Elonia made meme-status for her ‘sitting on the toilet’ rendition:
Either way, the resurfacing of this oddity has pushed Charlize into the Saffa spotlight, with the likes of The Kiffness and musician Bouwer Bosch joining everyone in wondering what in Benoni’s name was going on:

We’re still waiting for The Kiffness collab duet, the people are asking.
