An Australian man bashed the lights out of a nightclub cleaner who unknowingly interrupted his drunken toilet tryst.

The ex-army technician, Billy Dean Fallon, was caught on CCTV raging shirtless out of a female disabled toilet cubicle, before headbutting the poor nightclub staff member who had knocked on the door.

He then proceeded to throw the nightclub worker to the ground and pack a few punches in, while the cleaner gave it back as hard as he could.

Meanwhile, a blonde woman in a green dress is seen shuffling out of the cubicle, holding her and Fallon’s drinks.

The bloody scene is reported to have happened at Nightjar nightclub in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, on January 20, per The New York Post.

Yesterday, Fallon admitted to assault occasioning bodily harm:

The court heard that she and Fallon… “was in there becoming intimate with his partner … they were in the midst of becoming intimate when someone started banging on the door,” defense lawyer Angus Edwards said.

“He acted impulsively, he acted protectively and he thought he was protecting himself and his partner.”

While the cleaner was left with a broken nose, Fallon was sentenced to a year in prison but granted immediate parole.

He will also have to pay $1 500 to the cleaner.
