Harvey Weinstein’s legacy as a monster is already cemented. He is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence after being convicted of sex crimes in New York in 2020.

In Los Angeles, a new trial sees him come face to face with his accusers as he faces multiple counts of rape and sexual assault.

The first woman to testify laid out how he allegedly had trouble maintaining an erection and told her, “C’mon, little girl, tell me you like it. You like it.’”

Images of Weinstein’s penis have since been shown to the courtroom after prosecutors alleged it had endured severe scarring and alterations after a 1999 surgery for a bout of gangrene.

Yesterday’s proceedings saw Kelly Sipherd, an aspiring actor in the 1980s and 1990s, take the stand. She says she was lured to Weinstein’s hotel room in Toronto during the Toronto International Film Festival on false pretences.

Here’s The Daily Beast:

[She] found Weinstein only wearing an unbuttoned shirt and holding a hot cloth before he forcibly performed oral sex on her, inserted his fingers into her vagina, and put his penis in her vagina “for a few seconds.”

…When she tried to reach for his back to escape, she said it was “mountainous with acne.” Seventeen years later, in 2008, she said that Weinstein masturbated in front of her in another room at the same hotel—before ejaculating “orange sperm [that] didn’t look normal.”

Sipherd says she went to Weinstein’s hotel room in 2008 because she wanted to confront him about what had happened in 1991. She was staying at the same hotel as the former producer, along with her husband and children, because their home was being renovated.

Suddenly, she said that Weinstein “pulled out his penis and began masturbating” while demanding to see her breasts. She said Weinstein “didn’t take very long” before he ejaculated onto a white bathmat and exited the bathroom.

The current trial deals with allegations of sexual assault by Weinstein on five Los Angeles women between 2003 and 2014. Sipherd, who is not one of the five, was called on by prosecutors as a “prior bad act” witness.

She recalled him saying, “I’m going to fuck you. It won’t take long. Just relax.”

…“It all happened fast,” Sipherd muttered. She said Weinstein then took her skirt off and put the hot cloth on her vagina. “My wife loves this. You’re going to love this,” she recalled him saying.
