A rogue janitor at a doctor’s office in Houston, Texas, stands accused of giving a woman an STD at work and absolutely no sex was involved.
The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, accused the janitor of dipping his penis into her water bottle and peeing in it, which is how she contracted the sexually transmitted disease.
She detailed how Lucio Diaz (above and below) allegedly stuck his genitals into her drink about “halfway” before “tilting the bottle back and basically rinsing his penis in my water”.
The woman became suspicious in August after the office water dispenser started smelling rather foul, which is when she started bringing her own water bottle to work.
But the 50-year-old janitor apparently left no water vessel untouched, as she smelled the horrid stench from her water bottle one day and immediately knew something was off, per Business Insider:
“I felt disgusted,” the victim told KHOU11. “I raised it to my face, smelled it, and it smelled like urine.”
The woman then installed spy cameras in her office to confirm her worst fears. The surveillance footage allegedly showed the janitor in the act and a urinalysis done at her office confirmed that urine was all over, per court records.
The mother-of-two said that she was “very scared” at that point and underwent STD testing, which is when she found out she had contracted herpes.
She said that “nothing is going to change” the fact that she now has an STD that she “will have for the rest of my life”.
The Daily Mail has more gruelling details:
The alleged victim claimed Diaz continued to work at the building even after management was notified.
After the urinalysis, the victim turned over two water bottles to police. After confronting Diaz, he confessed to police he did it with ‘malicious intent’ and that it was a ‘sickness.’
He also confessed to do something similar at his previous job and wasn’t aware he had an STD.
Kim Spurlock, the woman’s lawyer, filed a civil complaint on Thursday on behalf of the woman and a number of other plaintiffs:
The lawsuit, which seeks over $1 million in monetary relief, accuses the building owner, management company, and the janitorial company that employed Diaz of not correctly vetting, training, and supervising him…
Apparently, more than a dozen victims have come forward with similar allegations.
“I want this to go to trial. I want him to be exposed for who he is, and I want him to pay for what he’s done to me and then be deported,” the woman said.
Diaz, a Mexican immigrant in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has been charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
